What is the period for re-days, or exchange within 7 days from the date the order was received (based on the shipping company’s approved delivery date ).

How and where do I return or exchange my order?

You can go to one of the Advsto stores for exchange or return, or you can contact us via the Contact Us page to provide you with Returned order shipping instructions.

What are the conditions of return or exchange?

Products must be unused, packed in original form with invoice retained (photos of the product to be returned or exchanged may be requested before the order is shipped back to us)

How do I receive the refunded amount?

The amount is refunded to the same card on which it was paid. Refunds will be issued (depending on card type) for our receipt of the products.

In the event that the payment is Cash On Delivery, we refund the amount by transferring to the bank account after checking the products.
