At advsto, as an authorized distributor of CamelBak products, we are committed to providing high-quality products that meet global standards. This warranty applies exclusively to water bottles and cups purchased through our official sales channels (our website or showroom).

What Does the Warranty Cover?

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that may appear during the normal use of the product, throughout its expected lifetime And with a five-year warranty against the defects specified in the warranty policy.. Manufacturing defects include: flaws in the core materials of the product (such as the vacuum insulation structure of the cups, or closing mechanisms on bottles) or defects in the manufacturing process (such as unexplained leaking not caused by wear and tear).
This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that may appear during normal use of the product, throughout the product's expected lifespan of five years. This warranty applies to all CamelBak bottles and cups sold from July 1, 2026, against the malfunctions outlined in the warranty policy.

What Does the Warranty NOT Cover?

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
  • Normal wear and tear resulting from daily use (such as paint scratches or fading colors over time).
  • Misuse, neglect, or improper care (such as cleaning with harsh chemicals or washing in a dishwasher if the product is not designed for it).
  • Accidental damage (such as breakage due to dropping, loss, or theft).
  • Non-standard usage or personal modifications to the product.

Warranty Claim Procedures:

If you encounter an issue with your product that you believe is covered by the manufacturing defect warranty, please contact us directly via our store's to submit a warranty claim. To ensure your request is processed quickly, please provide the following details:
  • Customer Name: (Full Name).
  • Order Number: (Or a copy of the purchase invoice).
  • Product Type: (The model or name as stated on the invoice).
  • Problem Deion: (A brief explanation of the defect encountered).
  • Photos and Videos: (Clear images of the product showing the manufacturing defect or flaw from multiple angles). After submitting the data, our technical team will review and evaluate the claim, and we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the next steps (repairing the product or replacing it with a similar one if a manufacturing defect is confirmed).

Warranty Actions:

In the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will, at the discretion of our technical team:
  • Inspect the product and assess the nature of the defect.
  • Repair the defect or replace the product with an identical or similar item (if the original model is unavailable), free of charge.
  • Please note that this warranty does not cover cash refunds.

General Terms:

  • This warranty is intended for the original purchaser of the product.
  • Proof of purchase from advsto (website or showroom) must be provided to benefit from warranty services.
  • advsto reserves the right to reject any warranty claim if it is determined that the product was purchased from unauthorized sources or if there is evidence of product misuse.
Important Note on Insulation Performance: Please be aware that the insulation times stated for our products represent the maximum performance under ideal conditions. This efficiency may be reduced if the lid is not fully tightened, left loose, or if the product is opened frequently, as this allows heat exchange with the surrounding environment.
