• Legal Capacity: By purchasing sharp objects (knives, axes), the customer acknowledges they are at least 18 years of age, possess full mental capacity, and assume full legal responsibility for their use.

• Technical Errors: The store reserves the right to cancel an order and provide a full refund in the event of a typographical error in pricing or stock availability caused by a technical glitch.

• Exchange Mechanism: There is no direct exchange; the item is returned for a refund, and the customer may then place a new independent order.

• Timeframe Calculation: The store relies solely on shipping carrier records as the primary source to determine the delivery date. The eligibility period begins from the actual date of delivery.

  • Manufacturing Defects: Returns are permitted within 14 days.

• Electronic & Electrical Devices: All electronic and electrical devices are covered by a two-year (24-month) warranty against manufacturing defects, in compliance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

4. Refunds 💰

• Refund Period: Refund processing times are subject to the policy of the issuing bank or payment method (e.g., Mada, Visa, Tamara, etc.). advsto holds no responsibility for delays in the arrival of funds to the customer’s account once the refund has been processed by us.

5. Order Cancellation (Full & Partial) 🚫

The store reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases, with a commitment to notify you via (Phone Call or WhatsApp):

• Full Cancellation: In case all products are unavailable or a defect prevents shipping, the order will be fully canceled and refunded.

• Partial Cancellation: If one or more items are unavailable, we will ship the available items immediately to avoid delay and automatically refund the value of the unavailable items to your account.

• Customer's Right to Cancel: Customers may request an order cancellation only before the order enters the fulfillment or shipping stage. Once handed over to the shipping carrier, the Return Policy applies (including shipping fees).
