At advsto, we care about your satisfaction. Please note the following return and exchange conditions:

1. Return Windows ⏱️

Defective Products: Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery 🛡️.
Change of Mind: Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery (must be in original condition) 🔙.
During Sales: Returns accepted within 1 day of delivery only 📢.
Carrier delivery date is the official reference ✅.

2. Inspection (Important Notice) 🔍

Please note that there is no immediate return. A thorough technical inspection is conducted upon receiving the product to verify its condition and accessories ⚙️.
We will contact you regarding the status of your request (approved or rejected) after the technical evaluation ✅.
We apologize for not proceeding with any request that does not meet the above conditions ❌.

3. General Conditions 📦

Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and the invoice ✨.
No returns for products scratched or damaged due to misuse or incorrect voltage ❌.
Photos may be requested for initial verification before shipping back 📸.

4. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene) 🧼 For safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Underwear, gloves, socks, and hats 🧤.
Towels, tissues 💧.

5. Shipping Fees 💸

Advsto covers fees for: Manufacturing defects, delivery damage, or incorrect items 🛡️.
Customer covers fees for: Exchanging products or a change of mind 🚚.
If a customer returns a portion or the entirety of an order, causing the total order value to fall below the (free shipping threshold), the shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

6. Refund Process 💳

Card payments: Refunded to the same card (timing depends on bank policy) 💳.
Refunds are settled once processed by the bank (usually takes up to 14 business days) ⏳.
