  • We provide shipping services to GCC countries and are happy to ship anywhere else in the world; please contact to coordinate 🌐.
  • Shipments will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of order 📍.

2. Estimated Delivery Time ⏱️

  • Riyadh City: Direct delivery to the customer's location within 2 to 4 business days ⚡.
  • Outside Riyadh (Jeddah & Dammam): Delivery to the customer's location within 2 to 7 business days 🚛.
  • Other Cities & Regions: Delivery within 2 to 7 business days; some areas may require pickup from the carrier's service point 📦.

3. Shipping Costs 💳

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over SAR 399 within the Kingdom ✨.
  • Orders under SAR 399: Shipping fees apply based on the customer's location and the carrier 💸.
  • International Shipping: Fees are calculated according to the carrier's rates and the actual weight of the order. Please note that shipping to any destination outside the GCC requires contacting us in advance via to coordinate costs and arrangements 🌍.

  • Once your order is completed, you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment directly via the carrier's website 🔍.
