Terms and Conditions of the Loyalty and Rewards Program — advsto

By participating in the Loyalty and Rewards Program of Advsto, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

I. Referral Program

Advsto allows customers to invite friends and family to join the platform and benefit from mutual rewards under the following conditions:

1. Invitation Rewards:

• The existing customer (The Referrer) will receive a wallet credit of SAR 50 for every friend who successfully completes their first purchase.

• The new customer (The Referee) will receive an immediate discount of SAR 15 upon using the referral code or link on their first order.

2. Reward Eligibility Conditions:

• Referral rewards are credited to the wallet only after the new customer's order status is updated to "Completed."

• Advsto reserves the right to delay the issuance of rewards for a verification period to ensure the legitimacy of the transaction.

3. Restrictions and Limitations:

• The use of fraudulent methods, automated s, or fake accounts to generate referral rewards is strictly prohibited.

• Advsto reserves the right to cancel or revoke any rewards resulting from unverified, suspicious, or non-genuine transactions.

II. Cashback Program

Cashback is granted as a financial credit to the customer's wallet within the Advsto store upon completing purchases. It can be used exclusively as a payment option for future orders.

1. Cashback Accumulation:

• Customers earn a 5%cashback based on the total value of products in a qualified order.

• Cashback is calculated only on orders that meet the minimum threshold specified by the store.

• The maximum order value eligible for cashback accumulation is SAR 1,000 per transaction.

2. Validity of Cashback Credit:

• Earning credits are valid for 30 days onlyfrom the date they are acquired.

• Validity begins immediately once the order status transitions to "Completed."

• Expired credits will be automatically removed from the wallet, and cannot be restored if the cashback program is modified or terminated.

3. Redemption and Usage:

• Cashback credits can be used to purchase any available products on the Advsto store.

• The maximum cashback amount that can be redeemed in a single order is SAR 100.

• Cashback cannot be used to cover 100% of the order value (bringing the total to SAR 0); a partial payment must be made using other available payment methods.

• Eligible cashback will be applied automatically at checkout, subject to active promotional terms.

4. Converting Credit to Discount Coupons:

• Customers have the option to convert their accumulated wallet balance into a discount coupon.

• Generated coupons are valid for 30 days from the date of creation and will become void upon expiration.

5. General Cashback Restrictions:

• Wallet credits are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be transferred to any bank account or another customer's profile.

• Cashback is only earned on completed and non-returned orders. Cancelled or returned items will forfeit eligibility.

• Cashback balances cannot be claimed as financial compensation under any circumstances.

III. Anti-Fraud and Abuse Policy

• Advsto reserves the right to monitor and audit all transactions associated with the referral and cashback systems regularly.

• Utilizing the rewards program for fraudulent purposes—including creating multiple accounts for the same user, or placing and cancelling fake orders repeatedly—is strictly banned.

• In the event of suspected abuse, Advsto management reserves the right to take the following actions without prior notice:

  • Freezing or completely wiping out the customer's wallet balance.

  • Cancelling all associated pending or processed orders.

  • Permanently suspending or banning the user's account from the platform.

• The customer is not entitled to claim any financial or legal compensation for balances cancelled due to a violation of these terms.

IV. General Provisions and Amendments

• Advsto reserves the right to modify, update, or alter these terms and conditions (including percentages, reward caps, and financial limits) at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice.

• Any changes become effective immediately upon being published on this page. Continued use of the rewards program constitutes implicit acceptance of the updated terms.

• Advsto reserves the right to partially or fully suspend the loyalty program or terminate outstanding balances at any time based on commercial requirements.

V. Customer Satisfaction and Discretionary Compensation

To ensure an exceptional and reliable shopping experience for all our customers, Advsto may—at its sole discretion—offer internal compensation (such as store credits or loyalty coupons) in the event of a technical or operational glitch that affects a customer's journey.

This clause is purely a goodwill gesture to enhance customer satisfaction. Such compensation is not an acquired or mandatory right for the user and remains strictly subject to the internal policies and evaluations of Advsto management.
